We assist and manage all aspects of any project such as architectural design, structural engineering, Project Management and construction.

The founder of JCG has previously worked and managed many projects over the last 15 years, some such as industrial warehouses, Shopping centre refurbs and luxurious apartment blocks.

We specialise in new builds, home renovations, alterations and additions.

We ensure our work is based on personal relationships with our clients.

JCG Construction was founded with the intent of becoming a niche construction company focusing on the reliability, professionalism, trustworthiness and integrity.

JCG was referred to us by our neighbours. They were commissioned in March 2021 for an extensive renovation which included the upgrade of 3 bathrooms, a complete kitchen renovation including appliances, new tiles throughout the house as well as outside, including the patio and balcony, the installation of two fireplaces, painting of the house inside and out – all while still living in the house. We couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. As can be expected with a renovation of this size, original plans often needed adjustment. Nothing was ever a problem for Craig and his team. They shared their ideas and network freely and proposed the newest and most cutting edge design trends. He was hands on and kept us informed of developments throughout the 10-month long project. He provided solutions when necessary as well as guidance on the most optimal outcome and was empathetic to the fact that we were living on a construction site for most of the year. The attention to detail surpassed our expectations and the quality of work is world-class. There were a number of sub-contractors involved. He managed the relationships, timelines and expectations superbly. We’d do it all again with JCG as a trusted partner and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their work.

Prior to construction I met with Craig to discuss the project of throwing a slab over the garage, building a studio above the garage, and linking it to the house. A substantial addition to our house. Craig, and his team at JCG Concrete, were professional from the start and proactive when required. The project programme was in line with my expectations and the project was within our budget. All snags were dealt with timeously and Craig has promised to return should there be any latent defects.

We are happy with the result!

JCG Concrete has done a few projects for me – building and tiling a patio, re-waterproofing a balcony and refurbishing a bathroom. No job is too small for them! Craig and his staff are all extremely trustworthy, hard-working and reliable. They ensure that the area they are working on is neat and tidy at the end of each day!
